What preparations do I need to make before
a treatment?
Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
How long do treatments last?
Treatments generally last about one hour.
What is your appointment cancellation
policy?
We ask that you let us know at least 24
hours in advance if you are unable to make an appointment.
Fees for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in
advance are not refundable.
What is your payment policy?
Payment is due at the time of service
unless other arrangements are made.
Do you accept health insurance?
We will be happy to give you a reciept
with the proper therapy codes, but we do not bill any
insurance companies.
Is treatment painful?
No, it is not. Healing occurs in the state
of relaxation. Every effort is made to create a safe,
comfortable, supportive environment. You are always
in charge. Please ask for what you need.
How long does it take for me to get better?
This is a difficult question to answer
because every individual is different. Success depends
on how long the condition has been present, how much
damage has been done to the body, how compliant the
patient is with the home treatment program, and the
patient's willingness to remove toxins such as nicotine,
alcohol, caffeine, sugar, artificial colors, artificial
flavors, sweeteners, processed foods, and meat from
his/her life.
Who can benefit from these therapies?
These techniques are gentle and non-invasive
and are often effective in treating conditions that
do not respond well to other methods. Some of the diagnoses
that respond well to manual therapy include:
· Fibromyalgia
· Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
· Chronic low back/neck pain
· Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
· Arthritic conditions
· Multiple Sclerosis
· Chronic Stress
· Developmental Disability
· Migraine headaches
· TMJ Dysfunction
